Tena koutou katoa,
My name is Jules Davies. I am excited to be at Helensville Primary this year and part of the Rimu Team teaching year 7 & 8. I live in Silverdale with my husband Ian, and have three sons, Robbie 17yrs who will be attending University of Auckland, James 21yrs is a Building Apprentice and John 24yr is studying at Massey. In 1990 I began teaching secondary Music, Arts & English, then counselling youths around London UK. We moved to NZ in 2012 with our three sons, Aotearoa is our home of choice with our growing whānau. I am a proud strong Yorkshire woman, who in 2018 re-trained as a Primary Kura. I love working with tamariki, encouraging them to be curious about their world, to ask questions, think critically, communicate their ideas, and collaborate. I hope the students in my class will discover their own unique gifts, valuing themselves and others, to work as a team/whānau.
