Kia Ora, I am Nicole Stokes and I am currently one of the teachers in the Rimu team and the school's Sports Co-ordinator.

I have been teaching at Helensville Primary since 2012 and currently teach our wonderful Year 7/8 students.  I love helping them realise their potential, expand their minds and challenge their perspectives. The school motto reflects my own teaching philosophy, as I strive to Aim High in everything I do and encourage my students to do the same.

Previously, I have taught at Waimauku and Parakai Primary Schools before taking time off full time teaching to raise a family.  I have three sons, who attend Helensville Primary School and Kaipara College. 

My family and I live in Helensville and love the warm community feeling you get from living in a small New Zealand town. As a family we love spending time with our extended family, participating in community events and keeping active in numerous sports.
